About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support two Senior Executives: Chief Officer and General Manager, on an initial 2-3-month temporary assignment starting August. Office located in Melbourne CBD with options to work from home.
This role will involve the traditional responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, with a priority on building effective working relationships with senior stakeholders internally and within our key client groups.
- Diary management, arranging and confirming appointments
- Email management, screening of telephone calls and enquiries
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Attending meetings, agenda & minute taking
- Preparation and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents
- Expense Reconciliation
- Travel management
About You
- Previous experience as an EA is essential
- Proficient in using MS Office/SharePoint
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle conflicting deadlines
- Enjoy building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships with your warm and open manner
